Shipping policy

All of our beds are made once ordered.  Typically, orders will be made within 3-5 business days. All of our products, except kennel packs, large donut beds, extra large donut beds and breeder packages, ship for free on orders that total over $75 USD (to the contiguous United States).  

At this time we really only ship to the contiguous United States but you can email us and ask about other locations. We also offer local pickup at our warehouse in Mesquite, TX.

After you place an order you will get an email with the order confirmation. Upon shipping you will receive another email with tracking information for your package.
