Returns
You have 30 days from receipt of the goods to return any unused item.
Toys are not eligible for return, except for reason of defect. If the toy is soiled at all (dog saliva, dirt, etc.), the toy will not be eligible for a return even if a defect is detected.
To be eligible for a return, a receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the merchandise.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, the product will be inspected for any evidence of usage.
If the product is approved for a return by us, a credit will be issued to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 14 business days. The credit will appear on your account depending on the timing of your card issuer’s policies. Shipping charges will only be refunded if there is evidence of a defect.
Unfortunately dogs chewing on dog beds is NOT considered a defect, nor will it quality for any replacement or refund of product. Only defects in the manufacturing of the material or the dog bed (seams, quilting, etc.) will be considered as a defect.

How to begin a Return?
Email us at fmsdogbeds@yahoo.com with a picture of the product, your order number or confirmation email and a description of what you are seeing (inclusion of pictures would be very helpful). If it appears that the product was defective we will send you a return shipping label.
